Our client is a respected multi-site early learning provider committed to delivering high-quality education and care. They are looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead one of their well-established centres in Sydney's South West.

About the Role As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators while driving a positive and engaged team culture.

You will be supported by an experienced operations team, allowing you to focus on leading your people, maintaining quality standards and continuing to build an outstanding service.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of educators.
- Create a positive, cooperative and accountable team culture.
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Regulations and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with children,



families and the local community.
- Oversee occupancy, staffing and financial performance.
- Mentor and support Educational Leaders and emerging leaders within the service.
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare for Assessment and Rating.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys leading from the front.

You will have

- Previous experience as a Centre Director.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards.
- A proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children.
