About the Role This is more than managing the day-to-day operations of a centre.

You'll lead an established service alongside a full-time Assistant Director and Educational Leader, giving you the support to focus on developing your team, building meaningful relationships with families and continuing a positive centre culture.

With strong occupancy and solid foundations already in place,



you'll have the opportunity to lead with confidence, mentor your team and continue driving quality outcomes for children, families and educators.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
- Previous Centre Director or comparable leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, QIP and Education and Care Regulations
- A genuine passion for developing people and creating positive team cultures
- Experience using Qikkids, Xplor or similar childcare management software
- Current WWCC or VIT Registration, together with First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Full Australian working rights
