A thriving early learning centre in the Sunshine Coast area is seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Director to lead a high-performing service with at least three years of Centre Director experience

Your Role

About You

You're a confident, values-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings out the best in others. You understand the power of early learning and the importance of strong, supportive teams. To succeed, you'll need:

- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early learning setting
- Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
