The Centre This light filled purpose built 116-place service is located in Homebush is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Centre Manager to join and lead their well established team. This service delivers high quality early education and care programmes for children ages six weeks to 6 years. The service views each child as an innately curious and capable learner.

They believe in collaborative learning, integrating the insights of children, families and educators to create an enriching and responsive educational journey that is tailored to each individual child and they are driven by the children's own passions and interests.

The Role

As a Centre Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence.
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.




- Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture built on respect, teamwork, and celebrated diversity.

About You To be successful in this position, you must have:

- Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the industry in a leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding
- Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Australian unrestricted working rights
