We are currently seeking Cert III/Diploma Educators, and a Early Childhood Teacher who are passionate about early childhood education and care.
Or if you would like to start pursuing your career in Childcare sector, trainee positions are also available, where you can work full-time and study for Certificate III qualification at the same time.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
- ECT qualification or working towards
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
- Completed GECKO Training
