At Y Kinders, we believe every child has the right to access a quality early childhood education and care service that celebrates their individuality, community, and curiosity. Each of our services across Victoria reflects the unique community it belongs to — fostering a strong sense of belonging, connection, and identity.

As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700 educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.

We’re now looking for casual Certificate III Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Where you’ll work The sun-drenched Sunraysia region sits in the north-west of Victoria and is home to the five Y Kinders listed below:

- Kathleen Kelly Kindergarten
- Mildura West Kindergarten
- Nangiloc Kindergarten
- Red Cliffs Kindergarten
- Robinvale Preschool

Each service is well equipped with plenty of space for children to explore and a team of dedicated and energetic educators always willing to support the children and each other each and every day.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:

· Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development

· Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

· Create protected, inclusive environments where every child feels seen,



supported, and inspired

· Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

· A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning

· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

· Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
