- $110k + Super per annum

In this long-term contract role you will assist in the delivery of the change management and communications plan and activities to support the delivery of key organisation change program. You will assist in the design, development and implementation of change management communications to successfully adopt, embed and address impacts relating to implementation of a large business project.

To be successful in the role you will have the following -

Minimum of 4 years + of experience in a communications role, preferably with experience in managing communications during organisational change.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.





Ability to convey complex information in a transparent, concise, engaging way.

Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and change, in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, with the ability to handle competing demands, projects and stakeholders and high workloads with a degree of autonomy and flexibility.

Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.

Proficiency in communication tools and platforms.
