Blackroc is partnering with a large, complex Queensland organisation undertaking a significant cyber security transformation program. This is an opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving organisational adoption across a multi-year cyber security initiative that will strengthen resilience, improve security capability and support long-term business outcomes. Working alongside program leadership, project managers and business stakeholders, you will lead the people side of change, ensuring new cyber security initiatives are successfully embedded across the organisation.

About the RoleAs the Change Manager, you will develop and deliver end-to-end organisational change strategies that support the successful implementation of cyber security initiatives. You will work across technical and business teams to build stakeholder engagement, improve organisational readiness and drive sustainable adoption.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and delivering change management strategies and plans
- Leading stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and technical teams
- Creating communication, training and learning strategies
- Conducting change impact and business readiness assessments
- Managing organisational change risks and adoption activities




- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder consultations and engagement sessions
- Measuring change effectiveness and reporting on adoption outcomes
- Working closely with program leadership to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives

Ideally you will have the following:

- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change for large-scale programs
- Experience supporting Cyber Security programs or technology transformation initiatives
- Robust understanding of cyber security concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to business stakeholders
- Experience developing change, communications, stakeholder engagement and training plans
- Proven ability to influence leaders and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Experience measuring business readiness, adoption and change success
- Excellent facilitation, communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working within structured project or program delivery environments

Highly Regarded

- Prosci, APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent certification
- Experience within utilities, critical infrastructure or other highly regulated industries
- Experience working within Government or Government-Owned Corporations
