About the role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Risk & Regulatory Portfolio on a fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will manage change across Scams, Fraud, Data and Privacy. You will partner with project teams, Risk and Compliance, Operations and frontline teams to embed new processes, systems, and ways of working across the bank.

If you’re a hands-on change leader who can engage stakeholders, simplify complexity, and build capability, this role offers the chance to make a visible difference in a major transformation program.

Key responsibilities In this role, you will drive practical, people-focused change that supports readiness, adoption and long-term embedment across the program.

- Drive change planning and delivery across the scams, fraud, data governance, quality and privacy related programs and projects
- Partner with subject matter experts across scams, fraud, data governance, and compliance to ensure accuracy and relevance of change content
- Develop clear change plans, communications, training, and business readiness activities.
- Create practical tools and guidance that help teams embed new ways of working.
- Monitor change risks, readiness and success measures, and provide clear updates to leaders.

About you You’re a confident, hands-on change leader with strong communication skills and the ability to bring people through complex transformation.

- Proven change management experience in financial services, ideally within AML, CTF, financial crime or regulatory programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, coach and build trust across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for translating complex requirements into clear, practical action.
- Experience delivering change plans, communications, training,



and adoption activities in fast-moving environments.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative style, with the judgment to balance detail and strategy.
