The Change Challenge

As the Change Manager, you will lead the end-to-end change stream across a significant ERP transition

, partnering closely with business leaders and program teams to drive readiness, engagement, adoption and sustainable change outcomes.

Success in this role will require a strong blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery, with particular emphasis on change impact assessment, business readiness, communications, training and adoption activities.





We're seeking a practical and hands on Cha nge Manager who thrives in complex change environments.

You will bring

- Demonstrated experience leading change for ERP transformation programs.
- Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA-enabled transitions or similar enterprise-wide ERP implementations.
- Strong capability across change impact assessment, business readiness and adoption.
- Experience within environmental services, industrial, utilities, manufacturing, engineering or other operational environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while delivering high-quality change outcomes.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach to leading change.
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
