This is not an ERP or technology Change Manager role.

We're seeking a senior Program Change Manager to lead the people side of a major enterprise transformation that will reshape how a complex, service-based organisation operates over the next four years.

The transformation spans

- Operating model redesign

- Organisation and workforce change

- Business process transformation

- Digital and technology enablement

- Data and AI initiatives

You'll partner closely with the Program Director and Executive Leadership Team while leading a growing Change team.

We're looking for someone who has successfully led enterprise transformation across operating model, organisational and technology change within complex service-based organisations such as local government, healthcare, education, utilities or financial services.

If your experience is primarily focused on ERP, Workday or SAP implementations, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
