The Role
We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, working alongside a collaborative team to prepare high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back.
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification as a Chef or Cook
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Confidence coordinating daily tasks with kitchen staff
- A track record of timely, high-quality food service
- Solid understanding of stock management — ordering,
rotation and wastage control
- Working knowledge of OH&S;, HACCP, and Food Safety Program management
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- A positive, professional attitude
- An understanding of food and labour costing
