Maintain excellent portion control, minimise waste, and support efficient stock management to help control food costs.

Ensure food safety guidelines are met, producing high-quality meals without compromise.

THE PERSON Relevant Chef Trade Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, with bulk or large-scale catering experience essential Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a flair for modern food trends A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards Excellent time management and communication skills THE BENEFITS Free parking available on site Paid parental leave.
