- Planning and preparing high-quality meals and menu items;
- Developing menus and daily specials;
- Supervising food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality;
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies;
- Managing food costs and minimising wastage;
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;
- Training and supervising kitchen staff;
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.
About You To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold relevant chef qualifications;
- Have at least 1-year relevant Chef experience;
- Have strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations;
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Be committed to delivering high-quality food and service.
