What You'll Do

- Lead the daily operation of a busy 100-bed aged care kitchen
- Deliver consistently high quality meals that residents enjoy every day
- Oversee texture modified meals with precision and care
- Mentor, support and develop a dedicated kitchen team




- Maintain exceptional food safety, quality and presentation standards

About You Desired Skills and Experience

- Previous Chef Manager or senior leadership experience within aged care
- Trade qualification and Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Solid knowledge of bulk cooking and texture modified meals
- High standards, excellent attention to detail and pride in every service
- Positive leader who motivates teams and leads from the front
