What You'll Do

- Lead the kitchen team to deliver quality meals every day
- Prepare fresh meals, bulk production and texture modified food
- Support personalised dining experiences for residents
- Maintain high standards across food safety and kitchen operations
- Work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional service

- Experienced Chef who understands the importance of aged care dining
- Confident managing kitchen operations and supporting a team
- Passionate about creating meals residents enjoy and remember
- Reliable, organised and committed to quality
- Holds required qualifications and compliance checks
