What You'll Do

- Lead the day to day operation of the kitchen and set the standard for service
- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals including texture modified diets

- Deliver high quality bulk catering that meets resident and client expectations
- Maintain food safety, quality and compliance across all kitchen operations
- Coach, support and motivate your team to achieve consistent results





- Build positive relationships with residents, clients and site stakeholders

About You Desired Skills and Experience

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

- Proven experience leading a commercial kitchen with confidence
- Strong knowledge of bulk catering and texture modified meals
- Passion for developing teams and creating a positive kitchen culture

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
- Current Police Check and Flu Vaccination, or willingness to obtain before commencement
