Job Opportunity: Experienced Chef/Cook for Sri Lankan Fusion Restaurant (Pearl by P&D;)

Our Sri Lankan fusion restaurant is looking for a passionate and motivated chef who is interested in building a long-term career with our team. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys the hospitality industry, is eager to develop their skills and grow as a chef, and is looking for a workplace where they can progress over time. Available Shifts: Can be flexible

- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
- or any shift range as discussed/organised with employer (suiting both employer and employee)

Requirements
- Culinary qualifications from a recognised institution (must be submitted with the application)
- Strong experience in Asian cuisine is preferred, including Sri Lankan flavours and fusion techniques




- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant-specific recipes and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen management
- Experience in menu development and food presentation is an advantage
