We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy London Style Gastropub with a strong focus on quality, hearty food and great service.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience preparing and cooking British cuisine and be confident working in a fast-paced pub kitchen environment.

About the Role

- Prepare and cook a range of traditional and modern British dishes
- Work as part of a professional and supportive kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
- Assist with menu preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Contribute ideas and help maintain a positive kitchen workplace

About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous professional kitchen experience
- Has demonstrated experience with British cuisine
- Is confident cooking classic pub dishes to a high standard




- Can work efficiently under pressure during busy services
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their food
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive, reliable and professional attitude
- Holds the appropriate Australian work rights
- Has relevant food safety qualifications/experience
