Breakfast Chef – Menu Development | Mornington Peninsula

We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team and help create something special.

This is more than just a cooking role—we're looking for someone with a passion for breakfast, creativity in menu development, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.

About the Role

- Design and develop a fresh, contemporary breakfast menu
- Prepare and cook breakfast service to a high standard
- Cost recipes and minimise food waste
- Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
- Work with management to refine and evolve the menu
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a breakfast chef
- Solid menu development and recipe creation skills
- Knowledge of current café and brunch trends
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
