Backed by a patented technology and a validated concept demonstration, we are developing a next-generation safety application designed to enhance operational safety across air platforms.

Our initial market focus is the military UAV sector, with a clear roadmap to expand into civilian aviation, including general aviation, business aviation, rotary-wing operations, and commercial airlines. Our technical and operational team is highly experienced, with deep domain expertise across aviation systems, safety engineering, and software development.

We are now seeking a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-potential deep-tech aviation company from early-stage development into commercial scale. The CEO will take ownership of the commercial strategy, capital raising, and market positioning, working closely with the founding technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall commercial strategy and execution of the company
- Drive capital raising efforts, including investor engagement, pitch development, and funding rounds
- Represent the company to investors, partners, government stakeholders, and industry bodies
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for both defence and civilian aviation sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships within aerospace, defence, and technology ecosystems
- Build and lead the commercial, business development, and sales functions
- Align commercial priorities with product development and regulatory pathways




- Guide the company toward sustainable growth, scalability, and potential exit opportunities

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or senior executive in a high-growth technology or aerospace/defence company
- Strong track record in capital raising (venture capital, private equity, strategic investors, or government funding)
- Credibility and presence to engage with institutional investors and senior stakeholders
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, defence, or dual-use technology sectors is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in commercialising complex technical products
- Strong network within relevant industries (investors, defence, aviation, or technology sectors)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability in a startup environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
