The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director (MD),
the Chief Financial Officer is a critical member of the Executive Leadership Group and a trusted strategic adviser to the MD. In addition to oversight of all Finance, Fleet & Property operations, this role is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. Leading a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning Finance, Payroll, Business Performance, Systems Accounting, Property and Fleet, you will partner closely with the Executive Team to strengthen financial sustainability, improve organisational performance and influence operational & strategic decision making. You will play a role in developing IFYS' next Strategic Plan, identifying new business opportunities, driving finance and systems transformation, enhancing risk capability, and ensuring the organisation remains agile in an evolving funding and regulatory environment.
