The Role

- Help build a successful business by building relationships with both clients and candidates
- Telephone screen




- Schedule and mobilise candidates for local work, shutdowns and FIFO positions
- Place adverts using Instagram, Facebook to help source personnel.
- Face to face Interviewing of candidates
- Administration and paperwork priority
- Account Management opportunities
