RM Group is seeking a motivated and technically capable Civil Engineer to join the growing consultancy and contribute to the successful delivery of multi-residential development projects.
As part of the cooperative design team, you will be involved in the planning and design of multi-residential developments, townhouse projects and residential subdivisions, working alongside architects, town planners, surveyors, landscape architects and developers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. This role is paying a salary of up to $160k + super based on experience.
This is an Office based role-no need to leave your office based on the South Side of Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
- Civil engineering design and documentation for residential developments
- Site grading, stormwater drainage and road design
- Preparation of engineering documentation for development approvals
- Liaison with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders
Requirements for the role
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Must have Experience in AutoCAD 2D, 3D and 12D software
- Experience in residential land development or civil design
- Strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
