Synergie is seeking Construction Workers filling multiple contracts in the Wide Bay area:

State Government Contract – Civil Works

- Civil Construction Workers
- Plant Operators - RII Tickets required
- Civil Labourers / Civil Field Workers

Local Government Contract – Parks & Gardens

- Parks & Gardens Labourers
- Civil Field Workers

Experience is essential for all roles, specific tickets and competencies will be discussed during the recruitment process. These roles are ideal for someone with a background in civil works, particularly road construction or parks and gardens, who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The work is physically demanding, may include both day and night shifts, with weekend work as required. A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and adaptability are essential.

The important parts

- Role: Civil Construction Workers / Plant Operators / Labourers / Parks & Gardens Workers / Civil Field Workers
- Location: Wide Bay
- Shifts: Predominantly Monday to Friday, may include night shift and / or weekends
- Some roles require working away from home – Monday to Friday (accommodation and meals included) – 9 day fortnight

Key Requirements:
- Experience working in civil construction environments
- RII Tickets for Plant Operators
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour in varying conditions




- Willingness to work flexible schedule and travel as needed (kilometre allowance)
- Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and positive attitude
- Valid Queensland “C” class driver’s license (MR/HR license advantageous)
- Ability to work well within a high-performing civil crew
- Willingness to participate in formal training and development programs
- Pre-employment medical assessment and police check required
