Evolve Talent are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join established roads and drainage crews working on a major civil infrastructure project in Yarrabilba.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general civil labouring duties across road and drainage works.
- Assist with pipe laying, stormwater, and road construction activities.
- Support plant operators and trades on site.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Follow site procedures and work collaboratively within the crew.

About You:

- Current Construction White Card (essential).
- Previous civil construction or labouring experience preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
- Reliable, punctual,



and committed to workplace safety.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
