Team Civil are expanding and have a great opportunity for Civil Plant Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver civil maintenance and capital works efficiently and effectively as part of our dynamic team.

Civil Operator Key Responsibility:

- Civil construction trade qualifications or extensive experience in the civil sector
- White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence
- Essential licences: excavator, grader, skid steer, roller, dozer, front-end loader, HR or HC truck licence (favourable).
- Hands-on experience in civil maintenance and civil land development
- Punctual, reliable, proactive, and a robust communicator — able to work autonomously and within a team
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements, including SWMS, JSEAs, hazard identification, and incident reporting

Capabilities:

- Proven experience in civil construction operations
- Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and proactive problem-solving skills




- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles and procedures
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate positively within a team environment
- Assist with general labouring and site tasks when required.
