About the Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our client’s team on projects across metropolitan Adelaide. This role will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily civil construction activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.

· Ensure site safety, quality standards and project specifications are consistently maintained.

· Monitor project progress, manage daily records and resolve on-site issues to keep works on schedule.

· Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress, delays and site requirements.

· Conduct site inspections and safety briefings,



identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Experience Required

· Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within the civil construction industry.

· Strong hands-on site experience with the ability to read civil drawings, plans and technical specifications.

· Relevant civil construction, engineering, construction management or trade qualification is desirable.

· Current White Card and relevant safety credentials.

· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities across both site and office-based environments.
