We're looking for a compassionate, organised, and experienced Claims Coordinator to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience throughout the insurance building and restoration process.

You will be supported by a user friendly job management platform, hands on training and a very supportive an d experienced leadership team!

About the Role

As a Claims Coordinator, you'll be the key link between insured customers, insurers, estimators, project managers, trades, and internal admin teams, ensuring every claim progresses smoothly from first contact through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage insurance claims from job allocation through to completion within an insurance building & restorations business
- Provide exceptional customer service and regular claim updates via phone, email and various insurer platforms
- Coordinate insurers, tradespeople, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Schedule inspections, make-safe works, restoration activities, and repairs




- Monitor claim progress and ensure service level agreements are achieved
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claim lifecycle
- Deliver a positive and supportive experience during what can be a stressful time for customers

About You ✔ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✔ Highly organised with solid attention to detail

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience in claims management, insurance, construction, restoration, or customer service preferred

✔ A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
