What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the right care, support and entitlements
- Review medical, rehabilitation and financial reports to make informed decisions
- Apply cost-effective, sustainable strategies while keeping wellbeing front of mind
- Work collaboratively with internal teams,



providers and external stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality customer service to injured workers and employers

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is your ability to learn, adapt and genuinely care.

- Experience in Workers Compensation, claims management, portfolio coordination or a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations
- A collaborative team mindset
- Resilience and problem-solving capability
- Backgrounds in psychology or allied health (desirable)
