Rainbow Ridge are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic primary school teacher who is committed to providing a creative and enriching learning environment as they lead a class on a journey throughout their primary and middle school years.

Our school includes classes from Kindergarten to Class 8. Rainbow Ridge School for Steiner Education is a small 110 student school located 10 km north of Nimbin, surrounded by extensive gardens and bushland. The local environment is a mixture of villages, small farms, alternative communities, and national parks – all in a beautiful subtropical setting. Criteria for this position:

- Steiner training necessary. There needs to be an interest in Rudolf Steiner’s philosophies in relation to pedagogy and a commitment to deepen that understanding.
- Ability and willingness to work in a supportive team with the College of Teachers,



the Principal and throughout the school community.
- Artistic and creative abilities such as music, visual arts, drama, dance, storytelling and craft
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to the school’s curriculum and professional development
- Eligibility for teacher registration in NSW
- Current Working With Children Check and First aid
