Two full time General Clerks (also known as Administrative Assistants) are needed for Ashmar Nominees Pty Ltd trading as Kununurra Mitre 10, located at Kununurra, Western Australia. Salary $71,550 to $75,000 per year. You will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks such as:
- general office administration
- data entry
- managing mail
- copying and scanning documents
- filing
- assisting with stock management and inventory
- taking telephone calls and responding to customer queries
- assisting with accounts payable
- preparing basic reports
- processing orders
- maintaining a neat and tidy office
- complying with WHS procedures.
Requirements
- At least one year of full-time work experience in clerical / administration positions.
- Secondary education or higher.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Able to work full-time in Kununurra, Western Australia.
- Willing to undertake police and medical clearances if requested.
