Key Responsibilities

- Create warm, calm moments that feel personal and considered.
- Share the craftsmanship and story behind each piece with authenticity and grace.
- Host well‑prepared appointments from welcome to thoughtful farewell.
- Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and timely follow‑up.
- Keep the boutique ready with accurate CRM, well‑prepared appointments, and immaculate presentation.
- Support precise product handling and elegant client presentations during discovery.
- Arrange simple service needs (orders, repairs, collections) with clear, proactive updates.

About You

- Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality,



or high‑touch client service.
- Composed presence, impeccable presentation, and natural communication.
- Curiosity about craftsmanship and a genuine interest in fine jewellery.
- Reliability and flexibility across boutique trading hours.
