We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Relationship Specialist to join our boutique financial planning practice based in Elsternwick. This full-time role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting clients throughout their financial advice journey and ensuring our internal processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
- Manage client enquiries, correspondence and ongoing client administration.
- Coordinate new client onboarding, appointments and review processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
- Support advisers through the preparation, implementation and follow-up of financial advice.
- Process client administration across superannuation, investments,
insurance and related advice matters.
- Liaise with product providers and third parties to progress client requests and resolve enquiries.
- Contribute to practice operations through process improvements, documentation and general administrative support.

Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in financial planning administration or implementation roles
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
- Confidence using financial planning software (Worksorted, Xplan, or similar)
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a small team
