Position Overview

We are offering a part-time unpaid, on-site 12 week Work Experience / Placement opportunity in Client Service and Social Media at our Richmond Atelier.

This role provides hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry. Working closely with our Founder and reporting to the Atelier and Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to key areas of the business, including customer service, social media, and marketing initiatives. This is a valuable chance to develop practical skills in a dynamic, design-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Engage with our online community by responding to DMs, comments, and customer enquiries
- Support in-store experiences, including styling, customer service, and sales support
- Help with content shoots — from moodboarding to behind-the-scenes support




- Contribute to everyday studio operations and social media tasks
- Assist in planning and executing brand events and activations

About you

- Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or a related field
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and initiative are key
- Experience in fashion retail, social media, or photography is a big plus
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Passionate about social media, branding, visual storytelling, and styling
- A team player with a can-do attitude and love for all things fashion and content
