About the Role

We're looking for a Client Services Officer (CSO) to join our team and play a key role supporting advisers and clients. This is a hands-on role at the centre of the client experience, where you'll take ownership, apply a high level of care and attention to detail, and contribute to delivering consistently high-quality outcomes as part of a collaborative team.

You'll bring a strong foundation in financial services client support and a clear understanding of the standards, professionalism and follow-through required to deliver exceptional client service. You'll be motivated by helping advisers and clients achieve great outcomes while continually improving the way work gets done.

What you'll be doing

- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing interactions with professionalism and care
- Supporting advisers end-to-end across client workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Managing client documentation, advice processes and key milestones with a robust focus on quality and detail
- Preparing for client meetings, coordinating schedules and ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly
- Maintaining accurate and well-structured client records across systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Supporting the resolution of client, workflow and process escalations, helping drive timely and positive outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
