We're now looking for an experienced Client Services Officerto join our close-knit, high-performing team.

This isn't a role for someone who simply enjoys administration.

About the role

As a key member of our advice team,



you'll play an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients from their very first interaction through to ongoing service and, when needed, supporting them through life insurance claims.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing current business from implementation through to completion.

- Preparing documentation for new and existing client review meetings.

- Supporting advisers with strategy implementation and ongoing client service.

- Managing client enquiries via phone and email with warmth, professionalism and confidence.

- Supporting clients through new and ongoing life insurance claims with empathy and care.

- Liaising with insurers, medical providers and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

- Maintaining accurate, compliant file notes and documentation.

- Managing workflows and tasks within Xplan.
