Working closely with the Directors, Accountants and Bookkeepers, you'll also remain hands-on, assisting with a wide range of administrative and client service functions.

Key responsibilities include

- Assisting with invoicing, document preparation and client communications.

- Supporting Accountants and Bookkeepers with administrative requirements.
- Providing reception and administration support when required.
- Working collaboratively to continuously improve systems, processes and client service delivery.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working within an Australian public practice accounting firm and understand the fast-paced nature of a busy professional services environment.

You will also bring

- A minimum of 4–5 years' experience in a Client Services, Practice Administration or Team Leader position within an accounting practice.
- Previous experience supervising or leading an administration team.
- Strong knowledge of accounting practice systems, client services and corporate secretarial processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting both clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm office based.

What's on Offer This is an opportunity to join a respected family-owned accounting firm where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. The business has built an outstanding reputation through its commitment to client service, professionalism and long-term relationships, with many clients having been with the firm for years.

You'll step into a diverse leadership role where no two days are the same. With the support of an experienced management team, you'll have the autonomy to lead a small administration team while continuing to be involved in the operational side of the business. Your experience, initiative and ideas will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.
