As the Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and supporting the development of our veterinary team. This is a dual-focused role, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring, and continuing education training. Rate depending on experience $150k – $161k + Super

150% loading on Public Holidays

Proven experience in veterinary practice, ideally within emergency or critical care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
