About the Role

This is a hybrid clinical + leadership role,



where you will:

- Support and guide a small team of clinicians
- Provide supervision and mentoring
- Assist with complex cases and clinical reasoning
- Review reports and contribute to quality improvement

You’ll maintain a reduced caseload so you can stay clinically engaged while building leadership capability.

What We’re Looking For

✔ AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist ✔ 3+ years experience (NDIS, Aged Care, Rehab or similar)

✔ Strong clinical reasoning and report writing

✔ Naturally supports and mentors others

✔ Ready to step into leadership
