Health (ERH) offers an outstanding opportunity for a Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist to expand your clinical expertise, gain diverse hospital experience, and make a meaningful difference to patient care in a supportive regional health service. This role provides exposure to a broad range of clinical specialties and pharmacy services, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set while working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities Include Deliver clinical pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, including ward, dispensary and manufacturing activities.

Provide medication management advice and support safe, evidence-based patient care.

Participate in weekend, on-call and regional pharmacy services following orientation.

Contribute to quality improvement, medication safety and service development initiatives.

Assist with supervision and support of pharmacy staff, students and learners. Qualifications/experience Required Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA

Previous hospital pharmacy experience.

Demonstrated ability to provide patient-focused clinical pharmacy services.
