Contract Details
- Location: Boulia, QLD
- Contract: 14 August 2026 – 2 October 2026
- Position: Clinical Nurse (Nurse Grade 6)
- Roster: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
- On-call and recall required
About the Role You'll work across a true Rural & Remote multipurpose health service providing care in:
- Emergency Department
- Acute Care
- Aged Care
- General Ward
This role requires an experienced clinician who can confidently work independently while leading and supporting a small multidisciplinary team. Essential Requirements Applicants must have:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Previous Queensland Health experience
- Extensive Rural & Remote nursing experience
- Recent experience in Acute, Emergency and Aged Care
- Triage competency
- IV Cannulation competency
- Adult Advanced Life Support (ALS2)
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Current competencies completed within the last 12 months
