The role supports day-to-day clinical care and coordinates care for elective surgical referrals, working with the Surgical Services team to ensure smooth patient flow. The CNC Nurse Screener provides advanced triage, screening, and coordination to reduce wait times through effective prioritisation and risk assessment in a high-volume setting.
