Are you an enthusiastic pharmacist looking to build a strong foundation in hospital practice? We are seeking motivated Rotational Pharmacists (Grade 1-2) to join our dynamic and supportive pharmacy department. In this role, you will be:

- Supporting medication management.
- Participating in multidisciplinary care.
- Developing the competencies essential for a successful career in hospital pharmacy.
- Working alongside experienced pharmacists and play a key role in delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical services to our patients.

Are You the Right Fit?

We're looking for a motivated pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and is eager to grow their skills in a hospital pharmacy setting.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong understanding of hospital clinical pharmacy services and a commitment to delivering patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while taking accountability for professional practice and embracing ongoing learning and development.

- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Please provide an example of a clinical intervention you made involving a high-risk medication. What was your recommendation and what was the outcome?
- Continuous improvement is an important part of professional practice. Please provide an example of feedback you received, how you acted on it, and how it influenced your work.
