Snap Fitness is a 24‑hour global fitness brand, and we’re now seeking a proactive, inspiring Club Manager to join our Bomaderry team. As one of the key faces of our club, you’ll help bring our mission “We believe that exercise should be #ForTheFeeling”. We believe exercise can boost your mood, which will overall improve your life. Moving more can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, boost self-esteem, and improve focus.

This role requires a minimum 2 years of fitness industry experience.

What You'll Do

- Manage sales and membership activities, operations management, customer service,



and administrative tasks.
- Generate leads and convert them into memberships
- Deliver great customer service
- Support sales and marketing campaigns
- Assist with Glofox membership management
- Help run events, promotions, and member engagement activities
- Keep the club looking amazing
- Support retention initiatives and community outreach

What You Bring

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, results‑driven attitude
- Confidence using social media for engagement
- Ability to follow processes and manage time effectively
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness (Cert III, required for inductions)
- First Aid, CPR, and relevant checks

Mandatory Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness (mandatory if conducting member inductions)
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Valid police check and Working With Children Check
