We're seeking motivated K5000 Operators to join a high-performing team that takes pride in safety, quality, customer service, and getting the job done right the first time.
This role is for someone who sees the bigger picture. We don't want people who simply stand beside a machine and push buttons. We want team players who understand production, look for efficiencies, take ownership of their work, and actively contribute to the success of the shift.
What Makes Us Different?
We're an all-hands-on-deck operation where everyone works together toward a common goal. Every team member is trained across the process because we believe the best results come from a versatile team that can support one another and keep production moving.
Our focus is on:
- Safety first, always.
- Delivering exceptional quality for our customers.
- Fast turnaround times without compromising standards.
- Maximising machine burn time and productivity.
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- One team mentality where everyone helps everyone.
As a K5000 Operator, you will:
- Operate and monitor the K5000 safely and efficiently.
- Take ownership of machine performance and output quality.
- Help maximise machine uptime and burn time.
- Support team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain a clean, protected and organised work area.
- Contribute to our culture of teamwork, accountability and customer focus.
- Have overhead crane and magnet crane experience
- Hold a current forklift ticket/HRWL
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating a K5000 or similar processing equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Someone who thinks ahead, solves problems and takes initiative.
- A team-first mindset.
- Flexible availability across day and night operations (not a rotating roster).
- Pride in producing quality work and meeting customer expectations.
- Preferred first aid and CPR but not essential
- HR-A licence also highly regarded
The Right Person The right person isn't waiting to be told what to do next. They understand that every minute of productive machine time matters, they pitch in when a teammate needs help, and they're committed to achieving the best outcome for the customer and the team. If you're looking for a workplace where effort is recognised, teamwork matters, and everyone is expected to contribute, we'd like to hear from you.
Join a team of operators who make things happen, not just watch them happen.
