Role Description:

Estric AI is hiring a Cold Calling Agent for a full time, remote position .

The Cold Calling Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing Estric AI’s products and services, identifying customer needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Daily responsibilities will include following approved call scripts, maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM, documenting call outcomes, scheduling follow-up calls or appointments, and providing prospects with a professional and positive experience.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging, achieve call and conversion targets,



and share valuable feedback from prospects. This role requires consistency, accountability, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualification:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate call records and CRM entries.
- Customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
- Basic sales, lead-generation, and prospecting skills.
- Comfortable using computers, productivity tools, CRM platforms, and calling software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, customer service, or outbound sales is preferred but not required.
