Role Description The Collaboration Partner role is a contract and project based. This role involves working closely with local clients, government bodies, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities include participating in project planning meetings, aligning technical requirements with client needs, facilitating communication between VT Soil Tech Professional and project clients across Australia, and supporting implementation of soil-related solutions on the ground.

Partner will also help identify new opportunities for collaboration, prepare basic project documentation, and contribute insights to improve service delivery in the region. Qualifications

Experience in environmental science, soil technology, civil and geotechnical engineering, agriculture, or a related field.

Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with diverse teams and partners.

Ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support technical teams with clear communication and documentation.

Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.

Occasional field visits, and willingness to engage directly with clients and public agencies.

Relevant diploma or degree in a technical or environmental discipline; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory skilled practices.
