As the Commercial Analyst , you will play an important role in supporting our Commercial Development team through the delivery of strategic projects, customer insights, analytics and commercial recommendations.

Working within Global Sales & Distribution, you will help shape the strategies that drive revenue growth, sales performance and customer outcomes across the business. You will work across a mix of strategic projects and be responsible for designing, developing and automating reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights into operational performance, customer behaviour and key business metrics.

Leveraging data from multiple sources, you'll identify emerging trends, evaluate performance against strategic objectives and translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. You will help drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, process automation and data-led decision making. You'll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, commercial outcomes and sales effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, commercially minded and curious by nature, with a passion for transforming data into insights that influence strategic business decisions.

You'll Bring:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar strategic, commercial, analytics, business intelligence or related role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business,



Technology or a related discipline.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated experience producing reporting, analysis and insights that support business performance and decision making.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working across multiple business functions.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to a range of audiences.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
