You will be working across a broad range of commercial, estates, wills, trusts, Inheritance Act and SAT work, as well as some general leasing and property law.

- Constructive trust claims;
- Resulting trust claims.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 4 to 8 years' post admission commercial law, trusts, wills, estate planning law and estate litigation experience, strong academics, refined drafting skills and the desire to be the best lawyer you can be. You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and be a self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities.
